Common questions

Why do I have to pay? I'm the one looking for a job.
Good question — and we get it. Most platforms are free because they profit from your data and attention. We don't. The membership fee does two things: it signals to companies that you're a serious, active candidate (not a dormant profile), and it funds the ATS integrations and direct company relationships that make first-look access possible. You are our customer, not our product.
What's the difference between Talent Pool and Talent Pool Pro?
Both plans give you the same core access — your profile in the pool, ATS-connected first-look matching, the full dashboard, and email alerts whenever a company shows interest. The Pro plan (₹249/year) adds two things: instant WhatsApp notifications the moment a company shows interest (with the company name and role), and the ability to proactively share your profile with specific companies in the network rather than waiting passively. If you want to be more active in the process, Pro is worth it.
How is this different from applying on job portals?
On most job boards, you apply after a role is posted publicly and compete with hundreds of applicants. By then, the role is already days old — internal referrals and agency submissions got there first. ArborHire is directly integrated with the ATS systems of our partner companies. The moment a hiring manager creates a requisition inside their system, we are notified and your profile is matched against it in real time — before the job goes anywhere public. You're shortlisted first, not filtered last.
What if I don't get matched to any company?
Matches depend on your profile completeness and fit with our current network of companies. We're actively expanding our partner network. If you don't receive a match within 90 days of activating your profile, contact us — we'll work with you to improve your visibility or discuss options.
Can I pause or delete my profile?
Yes, any time. You can pause matching (so companies stop seeing you) without losing your data. You can also delete your account and all associated data permanently — we'll purge everything within 30 days as required under DPDPA 2023.
How do companies see my profile?
Companies in our network get access to a searchable talent pool. They can filter by role, skills, experience, and location. When they find a match, they express interest through ArborHire — you get notified, and you decide whether to respond. Your personal contact details are never shared without your consent.
